1. Information we collect through this website
This website is an informational resource. We do not collect personal information through the site itself, and there is no form on it that asks for your medical details. If you contact us by telephone, QR code, social media or in person, the information you share is used to respond to your enquiry and to arrange care.
2. How information is used
Any personal information you provide when contacting us is used only to respond to your enquiry, coordinate an appointment, and provide the care you request. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Clinical records
Records made during your care are kept as part of your clinical file and are treated as confidential. Access is limited to the people involved in your care and to the tasks that require it. You may ask what is held about you, ask who has accessed it, and ask for a copy; those processes are described in the guides on this site.
4. Online messages
Online messages are for general guidance and appointment coordination. They do not create a doctor–patient relationship, and they are not a secure channel for clinical documents. Please do not send imaging, reports or other clinical records through ordinary messaging accounts; ask us how to send them instead.
5. Photography and imaging
Clinical photographs and imaging studies form part of your medical record. Consent to take them for your file is separate from consent to publish or display them, and publication requires a separate, specific agreement from you.
6. Governing rules
The formal obligations that apply to personal and health information — what must be recorded, what may be disclosed, and within what period a request must be answered — are set by the applicable local regulation. This page describes our practice; where it differs from the governing rules, those rules prevail.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
